Disney World: Day 4 Hollywood Studios

On the fourth day we were able to sleep in which was so nice. We headed to Hollywood Studios which was my second favorite park in all. First being Magic Kingdom of course! At this park is quite a few shows and not very many rides. It did have one of my favorite rides which is the Toy Story Mania ride.  My Mom and Dad had never been on it and it was one of my Mom's favorite rides. At this park there was a really cool building that was all about Walt and his start of success and how Disneyland parks came about. It was really interesting to learn about him. He was an amazing person who had very hard times, but kept trying and look at what he has accomplished!

Even though my accuracy was only 36%, I totally beat CJ!

There was a car stunt show that was really fun to watch. It showed how they would do certain stunts in movies. When a car is driving backwards, they actually have the driver in the trunk of the car driving it. It was crazy all the things they did. They had motorcycles chasing each other, cars jumping from buildings and over semi trucks, people on fire. It was fun!

For dinner we went to 50's Primetime Cafe. It was decorated so cute and the waiting area looked just like a living room with black and white TVs playing old shows. The eating areas looked like you were sitting in the kitchen. Our waitress introduced herself as Aunt Susan.  In the picture below, I was totally out of it while we waited to be seated. I was so tired!

CJ and I got the sampler platter that had meatloaf, chicken and pot roast.  On the plate was also these green stringy things. It kind of looked like really bad lettuce. CJ hid his under his chicken bone because we were told if you didn't eat them that the waitress would feed them to you. Well CJ obviously didn't do a good enough job because when Aunt Susan came to pick up his plate she grabbed his fork and lifted up his chicken bone and saw the greens. She gave him a very disappointed look and then proceeded to get a fork full and sing little bunny foo foo while she fed it to him. She only made him take one bite, but it was so funny watching him. He started gagging on it because it was so disgusting. We thought this was great entertainment. After watching what happened to CJ, I very sneakily switched plates with my brother whose plate was spotless. I then handed it to Aunt Susan and said I ate all my dinner. She told me how good I was. My brother started laughing so hard and was about to say something in protest when Aunt Susan grabbed "his" plate and got a very disappointed look when she saw the greens. He was holding Baby Emmett so she said he was very lucky that he had a baby in his hands or else he would have to eat those greens! My brother also got in trouble for having his elbows on the table. It was such a fun atmosphere and our waitress made it a very fun experience.

Above it Ashli's Mom who did not eat her green beans so she got a good spoonful!

Below is Dad's Brownie Sundae which was a free dessert that we got with our dining plan. We were so full and then they bring out this huge dessert! They even top it with popcorn! It was delicious!
Meal $65.00 - paid $11.00

We went to Fantasmic that night at HS. They have a stadium built just for the show. It is so much better sitting on bleachers then having to sit on the concrete at Disneyland. The show was amazing. They had fireworks, water squirting up with projections on it of movies and people in the front of the stage on boats.

We went on the day that had Magic Hours so the park was open until one am. We were walking around when we heard music playing and it was coming from the Disney Junior building. We walked in and there was a small group of people dancing with Hanny Manny! Soon after that Mickey came out, then Minnie, Pluto,  and Jake from Jake and the Neverland Pirates. We couldn't believe that the characters were coming out and just dancing with everyone. They would rotate so they weren't all out at once, but it was awesome! It was so nice that it wasn't crowded at all. The kids had so much fun and we asked how long they did it for and it was until one! They only do it during magic hours. We were so glad that we headed back that way, we would have totally missed out!

Minnie loved CJ and danced with him for quite a while. It was really funny to watch them dance together.

Below are pictures of Donald and Mickey that a guy drew with a little broom. The guy looks like he is a sweeper because he has a little broom and a bucket you would think he would use to sweep trash into. He would just start drawing something and you didn't know what it was at first, but then it was so cool to see what he was actually doing.

It was a very long day, but it was so fun!!
