Last week we went to Corn Belly's with CJ's family. It was so fun to get everyone together and hang out. I think they have added a lot of new things since the last time I was there. There seemed to be more things for the kids to play on.
The first thing we did when we got there was go on this big slide. As you can see below, Jackson didn't like it. His face was so sad to watch. He cried a little, but CJ took him down a couple more times and he got used to it. He got to like it so much that once they hit the bottom, Jackson would run to the stairs so they could go down again. I took him twice and the first time he was still nervous, but on the last time he said "wee" so he must have liked it a little bit!
There were huge tractors parked everywhere that you could take pictures with. There was a big wooden ark, tractor and train that the kids could climb on and go down slides. The kids loved it and Jackson thought he was so big running around with all the cousins.
We didn't do pictures of Jackson when he turned 18 months so this was my attempt at getting some of him. I got a few good ones, but not very many. He was so busy playing and loved being able to run all over that he just wouldn't stay still for any pictures.
I do love this one!
There was three separate blow up toys that the kids loved playing in. I made CJ go with Jackson. There were quite a few big kids going crazy and I didn't want my little guy to get stuck or hurt.
Jackson really liked this slide. It was much smaller then the other one. CJ let him go down by himself and he thought it was great.
We went on a tractor ride that took us through corn fields. It was really fun and Jackson thought it was great. We later went on another tractor ride when it was darker and there were a ton of carved pumpkins lit up that they had put around the trail. There were some amazing ones. I just don't know how people do it. I have a hard enough time trying to cut out triangles for eyes.
There were quite a few things for the kids to do. There was little hay mazes, go carts, bean bag games, football throw, gold mining, giant trampoline pillows. There were a ton of slides and an area where you could play dress up and get your picture taken in a carriage.
We had a ton of fun and were glad to spend time with everyone. Thanks for the fun Cottrell Family!
