Disneyland!

After getting a good nights rest and eating breakfast. We headed back to Disneyland for our last day of fun. Jackson was much more animated this day then the first. He was running all over, talking and was really excited. It was so cute to watch him take everything in. I think the first day he was either really tired or really overwhelmed with everything.
As we were pulling into the parking garage, Tyler called. He asked if it would be alright if they joined us today as well! We couldn't be more excited. We said of course! They had driven all the way back to Oxnard the night before since the plan was to come only one day, but they decided they wanted to make the drive back and come and play. CJ and I were excited because everything is more fun with friends.

The first ride we went on was Buzz. We knew Jackson would love it because he loves Buzz everything and gets so excited when he sees him. He loved the big Buzz that you see while you are waiting in line. Jackson didn't really want to hold the gun. He held it for a minute, but he really enjoyed the knob that makes the chair go round and round. We basically spun the whole time with occasional stops from me so I wouldn't throw up.

I did score some points. I don't know why it says zero, but I really didn't score very many.

We went on the Nemo ride after Buzz. CJ and I hadn't been on it before and the wait was only ten minutes so we decided to give it a try. Jackson loved looking out the window and being in the water. He loved seeing Nemo, Squirt and Dory. It was a really cute ride. No real fish, it was all animated which we didn't know. Overall, we liked it though.

Jackson loved Dumbo. He has an elephant book that he loves to read so he was excited to get on an elephant that flys.

Tyler and Jen had entered the park so while we waited for them we watched the ducks. I think we could have watched the ducks the rest of the day and Jackson would have been happy. He was so excited to watch them and laughed when they chased each other.

My cute cousin Kallen has a season pass to Disneyland and she posts on facebook that she is there all the time!! I told her we were going to be there and she happened to be there also! I was so excited that we were able to spend a little time with her and her two kids, Gage and Holland. We don't get to see them nearly enough.

When we went on Pirates, I was nervous how Jackson would do. It is so dark and I was worried he would start crying on the drops. CJ told him we were going to go down a big slide right before the first drop. He did just fine. I was so glad, but it wouldn't have been too bad if he did start crying because everyone in our boat was from our group so I wouldn't have felt too bad.

After saying goodbye to my cousin we headed to the Mexican Restaurant in Frontierland to get lunch. CJ and I both really enjoyed what we ate.

We hung out in front of the castle for a minute while they kids ran and Eliza danced. It was so cute to watch her. CJ told Jackson to give Eliza a hug so he went up to her and they hugged each other. It was so sweet! Oh, I just love these two kids!

When we went to Toon Town, the line for Minnie was forty-five minutes so we skipped her and went straight to Mickey's house. Jackson liked looking at all the things in there.

Here we are watching the Mickey cartoons while we waited for our turn to see Mickey. Jackson again had no reaction to Mickey. He liked him, but he didn't smile.

It's a Small World still had its Christmas decorations up and I was so excited! If you haven't seen Disneyland at Christmas time, you really need to go. It is even more magical. CJ was able to tolerate the ride a little more since they had the Christmas music mixed in also.

We had to get a churro while we were at Disneyland of course! Jackson is a little stink who doesn't like to try anything. Even when I say something is candy, he still won't try it. I got to enjoy my churro with Eliza instead.

Jackson really liked the Jungle Cruise. He loved seeing the animals and being on a boat.

The last couple times we had been to Disneyland and even when we went to Disney World, I never got myself a delicious ice cream. This time, I was really going to get one. Even though the weather had cooled off a bit and it made me very cold, I thoroughly enjoyed every bite. I was only going to get one scoop, but then the worker told me I could get a second scoop for only fifty cents! How can I pass that up? You just can't!

Jackson doesn't like carousels. He is quite content sitting on the bench while it goes around. Sitting on the animals for some reason makes him nervous. CJ missed the bench so he made Jackson sit on the horse with him. He did really well as long as CJ was there. It is silly that I was so proud of him for staying on it, but I was.

I love this picture. Jackson was trying to turn the wheel in the middle. By his face, you can tell he was trying very hard.

We hadn't taken the kids on a train yet, so we thought we better go on Casey Junior. Jackson is really obsessed with trains right now so he loved it.

It's a Small World all lit up with the lights! I love it!

We were able to see a little bit of the parade before it ended and it was so cute. It would have been fun to see the whole thing, but CJ isn't a parade person and I didn't want to go save seats ahead of time. We were too busy playing!

I thought this picture was funny, so I had to put it in. I asked a gentleman to take our picture, which he kindly said yes. Afterwards, I look at it and he cut out the kids! We were laughing so hard. We were going to ask someone else, but the man hung around where we were standing so we moved into the street and asked a worker to take one for us. She did a much better job.

We had so much fun on our second day at Disney with Tyler, Jen and Eliza. We were very happy that they decided to make the trip back to Anaheim to hang out with us for the second day. They really did make the trip much more enjoyable. We love them and are so sad they live far away.

Here is Jackson all ready for our long car ride home. He was so good the whole time driving to California and home. I just love my Little Bug!
