I went to a Natalie's Homer's wedding on August 17. She was married to Bretton Wall. It was so much fun seeing friends that I haven't seen since high school. I was able to see some of my guy friends that went on missions and are home now. It was a lot of fun. My mom was in Vegas babysitting grandkids, so I got to spend the weekend with me Daddy! We went to breakfast and watched High School Musical 2 two times! He just loved it. Timmy and Ashli came to my parents house Saturday night. I was able to see my cute new nephew. He is so big now. It is crazy how big he has grown since the last time I saw him. It was fun spending the weekend with fam and friends.

Dana Point
We went down to Aunt Nay's house this weekend down in Laguna Niguel. I hadn't met her yet and briefly at our wedding I met some of her kids. Aunt Arlene and some of her kids came too. I will try to remember names if I can..... we had Renee, Amy, Emily, Joe, Arlene, David, John, Sean, Ashley, and their baby, Gina, Jason and kids, Kallen, Brian, and kids. I think I got most of the names, if I am wrong Jackie can fix it. We went to a park down by the beach in Dana Point and ate some good food. It was a lot of fun to get to know more of the family. Jackie and I also went to the temple this weekend to celebrate the 50 year anniversary of the Los Angeles Temple being open. It was very spiritual and they had a special session in the Solemn Assembly room which was a new experience. Todd Christofferson from the Quorom of the Seventy showed up unexpectedly. It was a great experience.

Babysitting
So it has been a couple of busy weeks since I last posted. At work we had our annual State Survey performed by the State of California. There was three people here that walked around our building for five days trying to find any mistakes that they could in our facility. It made for a hectic week around the building. They weren't checking any of my work, it was mainly just nursing, and kitchen stuff but it made for a crazy week.
Morgan fast asleep in the Love Sac!!!!!
Last week we got a call from Jackie's sister asking if we could watch four of their kids for a week. We said sure, so we had Madison, Brock, Haley, and Morgan from Las Vegas for a whole week. I hope they didn't get too bored being at our apartment for week. We tried to keep them entertained. Our friend Nellie helped us out for the first two days. She was a big help. Jackie left work early the other days. We took them to the beach, different pools, to Santa Barbara, to couple of movies, to the zoo. It was a lot of fun but and a lot of work. I'm sure not ready for four kids yet.....
The beach is always a fun place to go. The water is a little too cold for me, but the kids sure liked it.
